What to expect…
When you order a confidential HR Hotline package from JustHRhotlines, or an HR Handbook from JustHRhandbooks, or an HR Audit from JustHRaudits, together we’ll go through a series of steps to deliver your finished product.
Here is a simple chart to help keep us on track.
You will then receive a second email requesting the background information about your company. Information that you provide will be the basis for the completion of the project. Data such as your company size, all locations of physical operations, work locations of employees, and industry dictate what Federal and State laws apply to your organization and must be accounted for in the final deliverable.
Upon receipt, we will create a draft intake script for your HR Hotline. For HR Handbooks, we will create an initial draft of the HR Handbook. For HR Audits, you will need to complete an initial audit questionnaire. Upon receipt of that questionnaire, an initial draft of the HR Audit report will be created. You will be required to review the drafts and provide feedback.
We will then test the HR Hotline script and functionality and provide appropriate digital collateral for distribution across the organization before the go-live date. A 30-minute client call is then scheduled to review materials, launch date and the appropriate, authorized users.
For HR Handbooks, we will then take the HR Handbook edits, make those changes and send a Final Draft for your review. Then we will seek to schedule a 30-minute client review meeting. At that meeting we will discuss the Handbook and any final changes. Then we will produce the final product and recommendations for implementation.
For HR Audits, we will take the completed questionnaire and initiate our analysis, providing you with a draft audit report. You will have a review and comment period at that time. Comments will be incorporated into a Final Draft and a client-review meeting will be scheduled. After that meeting, we will provide a Final Audit Report with findings and recommendations.
